How Customers See Rejected Images / Orders

1. Customers receive an automatic email

Customers only receive an automatic email if you have the Order Issue(s) email templates enabled.

2. Customers see the rejection info in the email

Your email can be customized inside the Email Templates settings area. The email you see here is our default design - yours will look much nicer!Note that the Reason and Comment are auto-populated into the email body.

3. The Customer Dashboard is updated to show the issue

4. Customer can choose to submit a new photo or continue with the current photo

If the customer submits a new photo, the photo will appear in the Image Approval area inside PodOps.
