What to do if your orders are not appearing in PodOps

If your orders are not appearing in PodOps, please ensure you following the Shopify store connection tutorial properly.

Please also check that you have ‘Enable Orders Creation’ enabled in your store settings.

Then, place a test order in your store. The order should appear in PodOps.

If there are no attachments to the order, it will appear in ‘Other Orders’. If you placed the order manually, it will appear in ‘Manual Orders’. If you placed it as if you were a real customer, it should appear in the main ‘Orders’ dashboard.
